Whole Person Care Services

Purpose-driven projects and activities that serve our mission.

What is Pathway to Recovery’s Approach to Respectful Whole-Person Care?

Solving the opioid crisis requires a whole person approach that recognizes access to employment, education, housing, and a full spectrum of wrap-around services are fundamental to long-term recovery.

Pathways recognizes that a person is more than just their physical components or parts, this is why we facilitate critical funding to the following areas:

  • Housing
  • Employment support
  • Food insecurity
  • Case management
  • Health Screening
  • Outreach community programs
  • Family therapy
  • Individual therapy
  • Education to harm reduction

Pathways is committed to either providing, funding, or partnering with agencies to deliver medical care with crucial wrap-around services to those suffering from complex mental health and substance use disorders.  Our goal is to better define and demonstrate the value of a new model of respectful substance use health care focused on the whole person.

How is whole-person care funded?

These programs have been supported by the community and our corporate partners. However, the need is greater than ever, and we need to support of people like you to continue to offer current services and further scale access.
